- 120g booneats pulled pork
- 1 store bought burger bun (optional)
- 20g mayonnaise
- 40g bottled barbecue sauce
- 20g coleslaw mix (optional)
- 100g sliced avocado.
- Slice the burger bun in half horizontally. In a hot pan, toast the burger bun. You can also swap for any bread of your liking, or just go without.
- When toasted, remove the bun and add the pulled pork and bbq sauce to the pan, mix and cook to reheat the pork, incorporating the sauce.
- Meanwhile, mix the coleslaw with mayonnaise. You can also swap for any salad mix you have or omit the mayonnaise.
- Place the cooked pulled pork on the buttom half of the burger bun and top it with the coleslaw.
- You may choose to slice the avocado and put it over the slaw or mash it and spread it into the top half of the bun.
- Close up the burger and you’re good to go.
- Plate your burger with a simple side salad.
