Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry


  • 1 pound pulled beef
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooked rice, for serving


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli to the skillet and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the pulled beef to the skillet and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  7. Continue to stir fry for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened and everything is well combined.
  8. Serve the beef and vegetable stir fry over cooked rice and enjoy!
