Ingredients
- 200g Booneats Chicken Breast
- 60g bottled Teriyaki Sauce (optional)
- 30g Bottled Roasted Sesame Dressing (optional)
- 50g Mixed leaf salad
- 30g Cherry tomatoes (optional)
- 100g Avocado (optional)
- 5g shredded nori seaweed (optional)
Instructions
- In a hot pan, add the teriyaki sauce and the chicken breast. The the chicken simmer in the sauce and cook until sauce is reduced and chicken is lightly coated and caramelised. Remove from heat and slice the chicken.
- *You can also opt not to use teriyaki sauce and just have the chicken clean without any sauce. Just reheat by dropping the packet into a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes or in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the mixed salad with cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado and sesame dressing. If you have peppers or cucumbers, feel free to slice and add those too.
- Plate up the salad in a bowl and top with your sliced chicken breast. Dressing the top of the salad with the shredded nori.
